BRIOTTET SAS is a family business founded in 1836. Initially wine merchant, they later contribued to the development of the aperitif " Blanc Cassis ", the production began to include regional liqueurs and in particular CREME DE CASSIS DE DIJON which now represents 60% of the sales.
BRIOTTET SAS produce approximately 3500 hl of liqueurs or base products.
Our sole sector of activity is the traditionnel network : cafés, bars, hotels, restaurants, wholesalers, wine shops, delicatessen and specialized shops.
Generation have succeeded genarations and today the Managing Director, Gérard BRIOTTET, maintains tradition at 12 rue Berlier in Dijon. Magnificent vaulted cellars ensure the ageing of our " Marc de Bourgogne " (grappa) in 228 litres barrels and keep our liqueur at a constant temperature, away from the light.
